Director Online Marketing
Do you love creating content? Do you love inbound marketing? We're looking for a director of online marketing that knows how to bang out content like there's no tomorrow!
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an online citizen
- Be a great writer, love doing it, and want to do it every day
- Be organized and detail oriented enough to manage projects with many moving parts
- Have 2-3 years of marketing and content creation experience
- Demonstrate exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to create the style, tone, and voice of Oktopost's various types of content
- Have a strong understanding of inbound marketing concepts - things like SEO, blogging, and social media, but also more advanced concepts like lead nurturing, email marketing, and more
- Love staying on top of marketing trends
- Be able to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
Responsibilities will include:
- Writing blog posts for blog.oktopost.com
- Writing and producing ebooks on a variety of marketing topics
- Writing content to www.oktopost.com
- Developing strategies for improving visitor-to-lead conversion of content
- Optimizing online content for search engines
- Managing social media content and accounts
- Writing, Writing, Writing ...
- Additional responsibilities as the organization scales

Inside Sales Representative
Are you competitive and self-motivated? Do you have previous sales experience or a high
degree of interest in sales? Do you want to join a high producing team in a fast-paced

In this role, you will:
- Conduct high volume prospecting (telemarketing) for qualified leads (between 60 and 80 calls per day)
- Work closely and collaboratively with management to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
- Work internally with sales management and marketing to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations
- Schedule online product demonstrations
- Conduct needs assessments calls with specific prospects as assigned
- Work evening shifts that covers US hours
You must have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous successful sales experience OR a strong interest in a selling role
- The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
- The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- Understanding and experience with salesforce.com
- A keenly developed competitive nature
- A highly self-driven sense of motivation
- The ability to deal with objections
- A fanatical attention to detail
