We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing Finance team on a part-time basis

As a Bookkeeper, you’ll be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing priorities, invoices, tax payments, overseeing bank reconciliations on a weekly basis, and cash disbursements.
Responsibilities
  • Record credit card transactions, invoices, payments and monthly reconciliation
  • Handle employee expenses
  • Process accounts payable invoices
  • Prepare and process payments to suppliers
  • Assist and support our Controller
  • Help with month-end book closing
  • Assemble information for external auditors
  • Report VAT and 856 to Israel Tax Authority monthly
Requirements
  • Available to work part-time (50% of a full-time job)
  • 2+ years of experience as a bookkeeper
  • Level 2 bookkeeper certification
  • Experience with Priority System
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Good written and verbal English
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
