We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Content to join our dynamic marketing team. As the Head of Content, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our content strategy, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across various platforms. You will lead a team of content creators and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and support our overall marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of Oktopost's content strategy to drive brand recognition and thought leadership.
  • Oversee outsourced vendors - ensuring high-quality content aligns with voiceLead and mentor an in-house content writer, guiding their work and collaborating closely to maintain consistency and quality in all content produced.
  • Conduct regular content audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to our content standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to source and curate content, including guest blog posts, interviews, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Own the Oktopost blog, including content planning, creation, editing, and optimization.
  • Drive the development of compelling and informative content assets, such as whitepapers, e-books, case studies, and videos, to educate and engage our target audience.
  • Develop and execute engaging and informative webinars
  • Leverage analytics and data-driven insights to measure content performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize content strategies accordingly.
Requirements
  • 4+ years experience in content marketing, preferably in the B2B and/or SaaS space
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong editing abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful content strategies that drive engagement, demand generation, and brand growth.
  • Extensive knowledge of content marketing best practices, SEO principles, and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content distribution channels.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to inform content decisions and measure success.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging content formats to continuously improve our content strategy and keep Oktopost at the forefront of digital marketing.
