Digital Marketing Manager

Reporting into the VP of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning the digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, remarketing, and ad/display advertising. You thrive in a high-growth, pipeline driven and fast-paced environment. You are creative, experimental and you embrace change and seek out new ways to drive results.
Responsibilities
  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, remarketing, and ad/display advertising
  • Working with our social media team to ensure on brand alignment and performance 
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience across all digital assets
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Work with the marketing team to build customized content and campaign landing pages optimized for conversion
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure we're optimizing the blog for consumption and conversion 
  • Ensure lead flow process is optimized from SEO into our Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo)
Requirements
  • You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS marketing
  • Managed 3rd party marketing agencies to help execute on your strategy and maximize efficiencies
  • Experience working in high-growth, B2B Marketing start-up environments
  • Comfortable working with remote teams located in multiple regions across the globe
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display/search advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., Metadata)
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation, specifically Marketo
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Master of cohorts
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
