Oktopost is looking for an ambitious, adaptive, and well-organized individual to join our growing Operations team. You will be the heart and soul of the office, making sure the day-to-day in the office is effectively managed, while fostering a positive and professional work environment. In this role you will handle all Israel office-related administrative tasks; facilities maintenance, vendor relations and providing general administrative support. You will work closely with the CEO and VP Operations to ensure productivity throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of office appearance and be responsible for all maintenance needs
- Be the contact person for various vendors (office equipment, kitchen supplies, etc.)
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and senior management
- Manage the front desk and be the first point of contact for any visitors
- Coordinate corporate travel where needed
- Maintain employees’ positive workplace experience (order groceries, onboarding administrations, etc.)
- Administrative support of wellness activities and events on the site
Requirements
- Relevant experience in an administrative position
- Great written and verbal level of both Hebrew and English
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Independence, accuracy, creativity with good problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- High energy and great interpersonal skills
