As Oktopost continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our HR team.
In this role, you will work closely with another Talent Acquisition partner, collaborate with hiring managers across R&D and other functions, and report directly to the HR Manager.
This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on end-to-end technical recruiting, combined with ownership over selected local site-related HR operations in Israel.
What you'll do
- Lead a structured, high-quality recruitment process, including proactive sourcing, building a strong and diverse talent pipeline, conducting professional recruiter screens for technical roles, and ensuring accurate and transparent candidate tracking in the ATS.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements, team structures, and hiring priorities.
- Deliver a consistent, respectful, and high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
- Continuously stay up to date with recruiting best practices, market trends, and evolving hiring methodologies, and actively improve recruiting processes by leveraging new tools, data, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
- Own local site-related HR operations in Israel, including employee experience initiatives, coordination of team events and holidays, and ongoing office-related needs.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of hands-on technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced high-tech environment.
- Proven understanding of technical profiles, roles, and hiring challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
- Strong sourcing capabilities and experience building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience with Lever is an advantage.
- Ability to build trusted, professional relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
- High level of ownership, organization, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
