Similar to our Salesforce integration, Oktopost is sending engagement data collected from social channels to Microsoft Dynamics and appending it to your leads and contacts.
This allows you to tailor further interactions with your customers based on their topics of interest and better evaluate your prospects’ stage.
Every time a lead or contact interacts with your social content, Oktopost automatically creates a Social Activity record in Dynamics. Each social activity contains detailed information including the type of engagement, campaign, social network and more – down to the specific social profile the lead engaged with, be it your corporate page or one of the advocates.
All this data will be available inside your CRM – and you can use it any way you want. Here is a couple of good use cases.
Report on How Social Impacts Open Opportunities
Social data might be a missing piece for your sales and customer success teams to close a deal or prevent a high-value customer from churning.
By integrating Oktopost with Dynamics, you can leverage our data to analyze and report on how social content impacts open sales opportunities.
In addition to setting up integration inside Oktopost, you can install the Oktopost Social Activities solution for Dynamics. It will automatically create a dashboard named Oktopost Social Insights that includes a few useful views and reports based on your customers’ and prospects’ social activities: such as engagement by channel, social sentiment score and more.
You can also use this data in your other Dynamics dashboards.
Attribute Leads to Social Channels
Here’s a fact: social drives revenue for B2B. But without Oktopost, you won’t be able to measure it. As part of the integration, Oktopost updates your contact and lead records every time a person interacts with your brand on social media.
