We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Content Marketing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing a content strategy, with a focus on website content, blog, email, messaging, and on-site SEO. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality content that drives traffic and leads to our website, while also ensuring that our messaging is consistent and aligned with our brand.
- Develop and implement a content strategy that supports our demand generation goals, including website content, landing pages, email, blog posts, and messaging
- Create engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, infographics, case studies, and more
- Ensure all content is optimized for on-site SEO, including keyword research, meta tags, and header tags
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content that supports our brand and messaging
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, as well as continually testing and refining content to improve performance
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on content performance, and make recommendations for optimization
- Manage a content calendar and ensure all deadlines are met
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on website content, blog, and messaging
- Strong understanding of on-site SEO and experience optimizing content for search engines
- Basic understanding of HTML for uploading and formatting content on the website
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create high-quality content in a variety of formats
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
