We are a fast-paced, innovative startup, based in Ramat Gan, London, and Grand Rapids (MI).
Oktopost is searching for a self-motivated and proactive Account Manager to join the global team focusing on the North American market.
- Develop long-term customer relationships, while promoting retention and loyalty
- Manage expansion opportunities and renewal processes for a portfolio of customers
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to identify new value areas for existing customers
- Work closely with Oktopost departments on clients’ needs and pains, in order to maintain the expansion and growth of the product
- Create, build, and project your own Forecasting and Reporting using our CRM and tools
- 2+ years of experience in an Account Management or other client-facing roles with sales experience from lead to close
- Quota carrying experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and writing skills - a must
- Proven experience and success in growing accounts’ Book of Business while driving value, overachieving targets, and creating a meaningful rapport with key stakeholders
- Super organized and a quick learner
- Works well under pressure and targets
- Experience with Salesforce - an advantage
- Experienced in a SaaS environment - an advantage
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing - a plus
