The VP of Marketing role will oversee; Demand Generation, Inbound Marketing, Content Marketing, Customer Marketing, Social Media, Product Marketing, PR, Conferences.
- Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives. Provide visionary leadership to drive the marketing team toward success.
- Develop and implement product marketing strategies that effectively position the company's products or services in the market. Drive product messaging, differentiation, and sales enablement.
- Lead demand generation efforts to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth. Develop and manage campaigns that span online advertising, marketing automation, and other relevant channels.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure marketing effectiveness. Regularly assess and report on marketing's impact on revenue and other relevant business metrics.
- Utilize expertise in the marketing mix, including online advertising, marketing automation, social media, and demand generation tools, to create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and customer communities. Identify and leverage strategic opportunities in these spaces to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture that drives continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and overall business goals.
- You should bring at least 5 years of management-level experience in marketing B2B SaaS industries.
- You should have recent experience (last 2 years) in Inbound/Content Marketing, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation.
- Your background should encompass both Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Inbound Marketing, showcasing your ability to drive comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Demonstrate a track record of effectively translating strategic vision into tangible results, with a knack for precise execution and measurable outcomes.
- You must be proficient in marketing technologies, encompassing online advertising, marketing automation, social media, and the tools associated with demand generation.
- Possess an up-to-date understanding of social media trends, customer communities, and the strategic possibilities they offer, enabling you to maximize our brand's reach and engagement.
- Show the capability to seamlessly shift between strategic planning and immediate execution, underlining your ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions.
